At Pulse Entertainment, Inc., we respect your right to privacy. We are committed to protecting the information you share with us and to fully disclosing to you how we plan to use the information we collect.  In conjunction with AT&T Wireless, we are providing you access to the My Veepers™ Messaging (the “Service”).

At Pulse Entertainment, YOU are in control of your personal information. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personally identifiable information to outside parties (aside from entities that perform services for us, such as billing services and message delivery conduits, that either are bound to comply with our privacy policy or have privacy policies that protect your information) without your consent except to (1) comply with the law or with legal process served on Pulse Entertainment; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Pulse Entertainment; or (3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety.

Information We Gather and Track On Our Websites:
Pulse Entertainment gathers (i) information submitted by you when using the Service, (ii) Pulse Entertainment set cookies for streamlining your access to the Service, (iii) non-personal identifiable IP information, and (iv) data voluntarily uploaded and/or entered by you in conjunction with your use of the Service.  This privacy statement applies to all of the websites owned and operated in conjunction with the Service, including:

Pulse Entertainment will never collect your personally identifiable information without your prior notification or consent. Non-personal information, such as browser type (e.g., Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer), what operating system you are using (e.g., Macintosh, Windows), and the domain name of your Internet Service Provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink) and the applicable mobile comparative information (mobile operating system, mobile phone type, etc.) is recorded and is used to improve the presentation of pages associated with the Service, and for improving the delivery of the messages sent by You using the Service. This information may also be aggregated to provide general industry guidance.

Email Submissions
Pulse Entertainment uses email links located throughout the site to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have regarding the Service. Pulse Entertainment will attempt to read every message sent in a timely manner and try to reply promptly to every one. Any information you provide is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. Pulse Entertainment may also file your comments to improve the site and product, or review and discard the information. Your personal comments are not shared with third parties.

Cookies
Pulse Entertainment may set and access cookies on your computer associated with your use of the Service.  The use of cookies is for customization purposes only, such as allowing you to automatically bypass the start-screen animation every time you return to the Pulse Entertainment web site.  Other companies do not have access to the Pulse Entertainment cookies, and Pulse Entertainment does not share access to our cookies with any third party.

Your IP Address
Pulse Entertainment may use your IP addresses and / or mobile usage data associated with your use of the Service to analyze trends, administer the site, track your movement through the Service for optimization purposes, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. These IP addresses and mobile data are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Images and Text Data
The Service allows you enter text inputs and upload your digital images (“Your Data”) in order to trigger the creation functionality of the Service.  Your Data is stored on the Service’s servers for a limited period of time in order to allow the software to create the animations. And deliver the final animated message to your intended recipient.  Pulse Entertainment does not use Your Data for any other purpose other than for fulfilling your creation ad delivery request.  Pulse Entertainment does not use Your Data for other commercial purposes, nor will Pulse Entertainment publicly display or publicly perform Your Data, nor will Pulse Entertainment allow a third party to use Your Data.

Your Data may be stored on the Pulse Entertainment servers in accordance with our standard archival back-up and data protection policy.  When Your Data is stored, it is stored only for back-up purposes in the event of a system failure.  Your Data will be erased from our servers permanently in accordance with Pulse Entertainment’s standard data destruction policy for the particular software application which you have used in your demonstration.

Notification of Change
If Pulse Entertainment changes our privacy policy, we will post notices about those changes on our Homepage so our users are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Pulse Entertainment will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
